But i think market is going to go down...(i want it to!).. will start buying when nifty reaches 5180 levels.. |

Yes, it is Steven....the results are out and it is below the expectations.....Net falls 1.16% Rs 2289cr....expectation was around Rs 2,448 Crores.... |

how is your 2300pe and 2500ce value now, at par, in loss or in profit? |

loss apka. as I told steve, it was a mistake to buy 2500 and should have been 2600. both ce/pe should be equal for this strategy but I bought in a hurry without thinking. 
But steve must have made money  |

if u look ystrday wt i told........nf mooved from 5300 level to 5330 lavel...not come 5350.......but wt i xpected that today infy result may not b good........so mkt came dwn..........but dont think nf(future) brk below 5250............if not then 5300 is coming.....(MY OBSERVATION)

i had bought 2600ce and 2350pe at 55 yesterday. sold four lots of 2600ce at 2.5..and sold two lots of 2350pe at 122... still holding onto two more 2350pe options..i made only a marginal profit...nothing great.. |

Its strange inspite of 9% fall and bad future guidence Infy futures still in premium, people r there too buy it whatever it be,
Well if market rallies up to 6k NS on back of QE3 if it comes then it will be quite possible for Infy to inch up to 2400-2500 even if it goes down to 1800-1900 levels,
Sam what will be your call on infy over a time frame of 12months if one starts buying in cash at every fall upto 1800.

yep, its why i was saying it can end up in loss also, they dont let either side strike prices to earn more than the total. and now premiums will further drop by eod. |
