Taxmann, this is what I have posted on Wednesday regarding the BankNifty....my opinion remains the same.....I'm pasting that message here again:

BankNifty has immediate resistance in the range 10560-10590 range, Vishy. If that range is broken then there is chance of it testing 10700 levls above that 10780-10790 could be tested again. On the downside, at 10340, the index has considerable support. The levels to watch on the downside will be 10340 / 10230 / 10175 and then 10050. The area 10050-9900 is the major support for the index. |

It seems reliance is saving nifty of a big fall. |

Reliance is holding....thats true.....by the way, Metal stocks are shining today....which is helping the overall markets....TCS is doing fine as well....Metal stocks might still have some juice left I feel....anyway, let's see... |

Nifty testing 5200 levels again...if gone below today's low there is chance of it testing 5185-5177 levels....by the way, Europe is trading flat to negative.... |

This time I'm baffled by FNO. 5300ce has added 20 lakh shares intraday, after closing will know exact total. total OI 5300ce 1.1cr too much it happens on expiry day and still 4 days remain. |

As per this, a breakout above 5300 looks pretty dim rit?....other than just covering the gap created a few days ago around 5306....hmn...that's what I was expecting...levels around 5300 or so.....anyway, if we'll go up from here is a different question.... |

Another interesting thing is that As per Mr Muthu Swamy, expiry values are related to the closing on the previous Friday's right?..in that case, even writing 5200 PUTs and CALLs wont be a bad idea.... ...anyway, let's see.. |
