The danger with a high at 5233 and low at 5100 is that, on Monday, we'll have a more wider range for trading.....means if there is heavy buying, there is good chance of going up by a lot and if the day is dominated by selling, then there is considerable downside could be possible....

1 Tech analysis of the financial markets by John Murphy. NY Inst of Finance (I have an e copy but how to give anyone on ICharts is a mystery!). Simple and powerful

2 Tech analysis explained 4th ed Martin Pring, Tata McGraw Hill. Another elegantly written book

I have read the book "Tech analysis of the financial markets by John Murphy."; really good book for starter like me. The book covers almost all the technical parameters.

Elder Alexander - Come Into My Trading Room - A Complete Guide To Trading

Robert C. Miner - High Probability Trading Strategies

One Up On Wall Street Peter Lynch

and then there are a number of websites which are very good too.

yeh, its all there online. you can search for candlesticks pattern indictaor names, find explainations individually read about them by searching on google and also find sometimes video/sound explinations from youtube.

since google, I dont have the patience to wait for reading a book.
