5920-5940 will be 78.6% fibonnicci retracement level from nov 2010 high to nov 2011 low. 78.6% is always respected n nifty will / should retreat a little if not correct from there. |

What you mean to say is that there may be breakout / breakdown after 5920/5940, and not before that. Is my interpretation correct. |

hi saumya,
i mean to say that the wedge is squeezing near 5850 for tomm, close above that is breakout but with stoppage at 5920-5940 before upside continuance.
On the other hand close below 5765 tomm will mean breakdown and correction will come before seeing upside again.
I could be wrong, but this is my interpretation right now  |

| apka, I think you should have drawn the wedge from sept big candle onwards on a zoomed chart. that would give a better idea |

| keeping 5822 spot as SL one can take short position now. the rising wedge was well breached on downside even before the freak low. |
