| we closed below 20ema on friday for 1st time after 6-9-2012. On 7-9-2012 we opened 70+ gap up. I think 5580-5590 should come next week. |

i'm confused...you said a gap up happened..but ur targets are 70 points lower than current spot |

sorry, i see how i confused u.
i meant we were closing below 20ema from 28-8-2012 to 6-9-2012. We are above it for few sessions then below it for few sessions for 2 months.
then we got a gap up on 7-9-2012 on 70 points above 20ema and since then we hadnt closed below 20ema except on friday. so most often when 20ema is breached we go to test 50ema which on friday was at 5553 and will come up daily. |

spot, yes. i always trade as per spot, fut premium keeps changing.
trgt is 5580-5590.
i try to enter trade as close as possible as to the resistence / support zone of nifty. here it looks 5710. so 5715 is my SL. |

35 point premium and low nifty OI suggest upside require some news from here else down. |
