its pretty difficult to say that they have recovered hasten.....For Dax 6680/6720 will pose problems for the day, I guess....and for FTSE crossing 5855/5880 will be pretty difficult....But yes, they are not making new LOWs...but still just hovering around their lows.... |

A Harami has been formed, a perfect harami. One can consider it as a Harami Cross. Is it an alarming sign for the bulls?....or will it just be like the "Hanging Man" formed on January 27 which trapped many bears including me at that time...?????

Important Factors:
While the Bearish Harami Pattern is not a major reversal pattern, the Bearish Harami Cross Pattern is a major downside reversal pattern. If a harami cross appears after a long white candlestick, longs should take notice of it since Harami Crosses call tops very effectively.
A confirmation on the third day is required to be sure that the uptrend has reversed. This confirmation may be in the form of a black candlestick, a large gap down or a lower close on the third day.  |
