Is anyone looking at the NSE advance-decline line chart? (available under "Breadth Charts" on the menu). It has collapsing during the past 2-3 weeks even as the market is rising strongly. This is not a signal to dump stocks but could be a warning of coming consolidation or decline.
Any opinions? _________________ Srikanth Kurdukar

Anyone watching the NSE advance-decline line, since my post above it has collapsed further to JUL lows. This indicates market losing support fast. Could this be hinting at an impending correction or at least a significant sideways consolidation?

Hi ST,
Yes, you are right. For the last three weeks A/D was negative, and that's a worrisome factor. Sure sign of a weakness. Surprisingly, markets are making new highs ! An unattended wound gets worse !
Thanks,
Fibo. |

Dear STji,
Am attaching a chart of NIfty AD line. Nifty made a dbl bottom @ 4720 and there was a lower bottom on the AD line. Does this confirm any sort of divergence. Could a positional NF have been initiated @ 4800. Appreciate your comments.
