There are three issues in this setup as per my own personal filters (this may not necessary be the winning formula though !) :
1.) First low was 869, so second leg is still pending to term it NVK.
2.) I found rhythmic up and down moves between point 1 & point 2 ideal. Zig zag moves create doubt for setup.
3.) For best result I like max nos. of candles to be between 8-12 . Anything less or more than this require adjustment of time period. Here it is already 16 candles.
I'm repeating, these are my personal observations, and I may certainly be wrong. Please check with your own studies.

rsi is calculated on closing price and you are comparing it with highs and lows. isnt it odd?
