Hello Girish,
I am not aware of any automatic tool / alert to keep track of this setup.
I am firm believer of tracking only few scrips and mastering them.
So I track only 5-7 stocks apart from NF- selected based upon my trading experiences and chart reading.
As and when the setup appears in them - I trade them.
For NF, though, you may find that this setup occuring on 5 mins chart quite frequently - so you may get more chances.
Cheers !!!!

THanks for the nice explanations on divergence setup.
But, how do you know that the divergence is happening on a particular stock chart. Is there any automatic alert available in amibroker or any other software? Other wise its bit difficult to keep tracking stocks and watch out for divergences.

Hello Vin,
1st two lows had good NVK set up but not the latest two.
But anyway taking a long position near 1020 is a good idea just because it is having multiple support there
- with may be a SL of EOD close below 985.
This chart is similar to DLF - which I just mentioned - my Entry in DLF is simply based on this 'multiple support'

Hello Vin,
I will tell you how I approach....
You are sure aware of that the type of divergence we discuss in this thread
is actually a 'type B' ie 2nd strongest. The strongest one being where
price making lower lows and indicators making higher lows.... right?
Then why I choose to play with this? and not with the strongest one?
It is due to my personal belief and chart observation that in a strong trend,
scrip will make a series of Class A type divergence and still will not reverse. ( And this is exactly your problem too - right? ). But... but
when price is making a double bottom - it is a first indication to me
that reversal might be on the card - as to me 'horizontal support' is
having far far more significance. It is just my observation and view.
So I prefer to play with Class B rather than Class A.
To answer your question specifically - pl see few charts I posted in the first few pages and the rules of trading this set up.
You take the first entry when double bottom is made.
So your SL is very small.
And you take the 2nd entry when downwards Trend line is taken out.
ie. our view is turning out to be correct and the trend is indeed reversing.
Just see my first few posts in this thread - it will be clear.
Why I love this setup is that the SL is so small and the reward is always
8-10-15 times the SL.
Hope I was able to help you...
Saikat
