Hi Sumesh,
In this BHEL chart, i have two queries
- RSI value has not gone above 70 (overbought) in first leg
- On second leg, though new high is visible in bar chart, but line chart is not showing new high.
pl give your inputs.

1.) RSI was overbought even before first leg and it did not fall below 50 after that. So it's OK.
2.) Yes, this is special to NVK... Saikat sir used to say that he liked such setups where instead of price making higher highs double tops are more reliable as they give clear indication of rejection at top.

Mere bhai, bade bade log market ka mood change nahin kar paaye, main kis khet ki mooli hun ..
I'm only posting what I see in stocks charts.. There will surely be many bullish setups also, but I'm not able to find so far...

Sumesh Bhai, I could not get it properly (slow learner).
After first leg, when price pulled back, rsi value went near to 40 levels (below 50) & then second leg was formed. So rsi went below 50. pl guide.[/img]

Hi,
This is little subjective.. If you see, RSI was in overbought zone before first leg itself, and it was coming down after that, so I chose to ignore rsi below 50 proportionately.
In any case, I will wait for it to close below 20 ema for confirmation which is roughly at 128.
