Another NVK in the making... ACC... Check the chart for details... Go long tomorrow at the opening bell with a tight SL...

respected all,
in nifty spot 5 min tf, intraday chart, i saw the foll data.. can it b taken as nvk setup... due to lack of clarity i did not trade... plz...... teach me...
10.40 candle: hi 5260 rsi 82.74
10.55 candle: hi 5259.. rsi 80.19..
can this be considered... i'm following all seniors nvk setups.. i feel guilty
that i cud not particiapte in this mela..
plz. help me..

This cannot be traded as a double top. You need to have two distinct tops (in whatever timeframe you are trading, prefereably U shaped or inverted U shaped) to trade this set up.

I would preferably not trade in 5 mins TF for any stock (except NF, which tends to reach the day low/high if NVK is formed in 5 mins). Yes this was a correct setup and target has already been achieved if you consider the last swing. There is another NVK between 14:15 and 15:30 candles... Check if that works today... But I would advice to go for 60 mins TF rather than 5 mins (except if you are trading intraday)...

Hi,
Posted below is NVK on Uttam Sugars daily charts.
One can buy on STS coming out of oversold region, for the TGT of 64>73>86 with SL at 48 offcourse Mkts supporting. If it fails one can see 36 on the downside as well.

Hello.
Very nice looking NVK formed on NS Hourly
Short taken @ 5257
SL hourly close above 5276 (5 points higher than last high - as that time premium was more - so the SL is bit high)
TGT 1 = 34 EMA on Hourly
As Nifty is very bullish - I will book if get TGT 1
If it closes below 34 EMA - I will take fresh short.

Compare high-to-high with RSI for bearish divergence.
Compare Low-to-Low with RSI for bullish divergence.

Hello Ravi,
You need to observe for a pattern when price is making almost double top but RSI is making a lower high. That is a bearish pattern
Similarly observe for a pattern when price is making almost double bottom but RSI is making a higher low. That is a bullish pattern.
It is very easy pattern - just observe any of my charts posted in this thread. it should be clear

Hello,
NVK on NF on Hourly chart. The 2nd top having long Tail
which as per my observations has more success ratio
SL was initialy 5276; but now shifted to 5287
(5 points above last candle high) hourly close basis.
This time it is bit high (due my eager short taken at 5257 instead
of near 5272)- but that is the system - so I will stick to it.
For the people who has taken short while the 2nd top was forming; ie around 5270 - it is OK.
Target 1 = hourly 34 EMA
Target 2 = 5137
I will book if I get Target 1 and re enter shorts if candle closes below 34 EMA.
