Hi All !

I am a user of Platinum charts and facing the issue of one of my charts goes blank and does not load even after several fresh login attempts.I am using Mozilla and Windows 10. I have to again create a new chart to use it again. It happens randomly.

I have attached the screen shot of the page below for reference.

Talked to the customer care but no solution.

Please help.
