Please advice. If you have an office in chennai, Or- Otherwise,
were should I be able to get set of aplication forms and other details,
regarding requirement of papers, fees etc..etc...

We don't have an office at Chennai. You can download the form from our website or share your contact so that we can courier the same and clarify the other details

You have to request for a Funds payout in Equity and make a payin for the Commodity segment.
Inter transfer of funds from equity to commodity and vice versa is not permitted by the regulators

I understand that same rule exists for MF transactions online? Ie we cannot pay for MF purchase out of funds kept with broker for equity segment? Is that correct?

If you have signed up for MFSS segment which is a online platform for MF the funds in the Equity segment can be used for the purchase of MF.
