Seems like the Down trend has started and would continue beyond Mid-October 2014.

Dear Amitagg,

Few observations:

1. So far the highest weekly close is 1st week of Sept (The 'D' Week...posted earlier)

2. 8180 is a part of the Up Swing. If we move and close below 8000 tomorrow or 8045 on weekly basis, then 8160 will become the point where the Down trend started.... ( Others may differ on this.... But it works for Me Smile

3. Probable time for Low is the 3rd Week of Oct or early Nov...

4. Nifty indicates Price TGT of 7500-7400 odd level.. But as per Sensex chart.. its around 24000 .... Translates to Nifty level 7200 or Lower...

The Support on the Log Scale chart has been broken and breach of 7500 in the coming weeks/months is almost a Certainty...

thank you .....ur time cycle predictions are working......much more difficult to understand than price itself...........

u meant breach 7500 without break of 8180 above....isnt it?

Nothing more to add now.... Except

Nifty is moving down as Expected.... However.. its far from a trade-able Low both in terms of Price & Time... (Probable Time : 3rd week of Oct 2014

But remember... It's a Bull Market correction... We are far away from a Major Top both Price & Time wise... ( Somewhere in 2017...)

Smile

As per your view on monthly chart, what could be the lower level of the expected sell off, if breaks 7780 support

Thanks

Hi Kaydee11,

As posted earlier, there is a high probability that we may see Volatility go up sharply in the coming sessions.... a correction below 7500 is the minimum I am expecting.

But I am asking your view for the maximum correction as your studies.

kaydee11...

Let the Breakdown happen... then we will see to what extent Nifty corrects. As the saying goes " We will cross the Bridge... when it comes"...forming opinion about Markets is a Dangerous thing... Keep an eye on Trend and Price Action

Worst case probable downside is breach of 7200.

on your second chart, i hjave counted EW from the second upward pointer.....and for me...the 2-4 trendline has been broken for what final wave.......a upward break above that 'rising' trendline (missing in your chart but to be drawn from second pointer to the other swing lows about it) would only negate my bearish view......

the lower trendline you have taken is for "confimation" only.

forget if confusing....and move on.!!!!!

Hi Amitagg,

I have little understanding of EW. As posted earlier in the log scale chart , BD has already happened. The current daily chart TL is drawn on Arithmetic scale. Breaking this TL, I am expecting the momentum to increase on the downside. SO far the correction seems more like Time Correction , than a Price correction.

SP500 has broken support @1964. Closing below 1964 would be very Bearish.
