HI ANS
i also couldnt be able to sit continuously today. my buy order in nf plus got triggered at 5091 but couldnt monitor it. it got covered by the system at 1515hrs at 5077. a minor loss of 14 pts thus!

Trade triggered nifty made 5007.15 low.

as per this strategy,
buy triggred @ 10.54 AM @ 5009,
PROFIT can be booked @ 12.07 @ 5039
with 30 points gain.

On 16 th and 18 th both the days this strategy gave good result , those who are good at trailing stop may have got around 40 points per day, if not surely anybody can manage 30 points out of it.
In nov ther e are 4 profit days till now, which according to me produce around 125 points till now.
trades for tomorrow ( 21/11/mon)

sell @ 5003.45 sl-5054
buy @ 4865.25 sl - 4815.

Hello,

Is anybody following this intraday strategy now also?

How to look for the daily volatility value?
Do we have to look for Volatility index value? or does it have any future value also like nifty?

Do we have to take nifty future close value? For today it is 8418 and i could search for some volatility value as 17.41 (INDIAVIX) is it correct?

value of V should be in points...sth like 0.0085
I think it can be found on NSE website...seems like OLD VERSION of NSE is not available anymore...
someone can pl post how to find volatility value from NSE website. thanks !!

On the right, just above the low and close quotes press the link "get derivatives quote"
On next page, press the left most radio button "Index Derivatives"
Fill the details below regarding nifty futures or stocks.
After the quote details arrive go below to the right side and open "other information".
You will find the daily volatility there.
I hope it's the same thing you are looking for.

@vinay: seems the strategy soesnt work anymore...today sell came but neither SL nor tgt hit....finally exited at few points loss...any suggestions or tweak ?
