Dear Friends,
I am in the stock market since 5 years, using SMA in excell sheet for TA.
After reading about ssps i am going to subscribe for jcharts(premium).
My question is as i have heard lots of things about pivot points, is anyone there who is treding with piv pts ? how is his experience since till the date? is it reliable to blindly follow piv pts ? should it be used with in conjuction with any ema,sma or any other indicator ?
now i want to trade intra or weekly or position play, buy or sell and hold with stoploss is enough now.

what type of pivot points are u talking abt. is it ssps way of finding them or floor pivot, or apf pivots or any other way of finding pivot.
kindly clairfy.

The button given on the charts(premium). when we select it , it ask to choose monthly,weekly,daily or arbi.
i am talking about piv pts button given on live icharts software.

ok you are talking abt floor pivots. stand alone basis they will work but then u have to do lots of matha pacchi. there are couple of good books you can read (not many books written on pivot points). John Person book is good as it gives a complete system using candlesticks and pivot points.
