Platimum Chart refresh problem |

Hi,
I am experiencing another problem. JChart and Platinim nifty-1m values are not in sync.
Also I have 4min and 30 min in Platinum. There also the values are not equal.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. There is some testing being undertaken by our team, due to which you may face some technical issue for couple of days. We will try to complete the testing at the earliest.

Hi,
One more query about Crosshair in Platinum.
When we activate crosshair it should show the value on right scale.

Dear Member,
In Platinum, the cross hair functinality is bit different compared to JCharts. It will show you a blue box (default color), with all the values in the box. You can either have the box permanent on the chart OR can enable only on the click on the candle.
