Platinum Alerts Email not working |

Newly purchased Platinum subscription.
i tried using the Alert on 5min TF .
The Alert is displayed on the screen allright but no email received on the email i input.
Also it will be simply great if you can have the SMS alert as well.
please advice.

Dear Member,
We apologize for the inconvenience. Currently Email and SMS feature is not available. You need to ignore the Email option given. The alert will be displayed above the chart with a beep sound
We will try and see to get the email facility available in future
