I see Live Charts Premium and Live Charts Comm most of the time on my mobile. Will platinum members have access to these two?

You should be able to see them. Your password will be 123 for now. User name same as your login. If you still have issues, please call us or email us and we will ensure you are setup.

For now, it is open to Premium subscribers, until we launch the service later this month.

Hi Ichart Team,

I subscribed to i chart platinum service but i cannot access it from the office.i installed silverlight also but i get the error message as "There is some problem connecting to the server, please try again.

Please help.

Is these features available in platinum charts?
1.-Bar chart in which up bar n down bars have different colors(say blue /green n red)?
2.volume bars showing different colors for up n down volume(say blue n red)
3. ability to draw parallel lines
4.custom time frames..like 75 m or 125 m Timeframes
