Hi,

Can you check if this feature is possible?
1. Suppose we have 5 to 8 charts open in Platinum, then we can set the tab to change automatically at some interval say 3 - 4 seconds.
2. An audible alarm if any of the platinum chart stuck and does not update.
( have seen that many times the platinum charts do not update while Jcharts updates very well)

Hi,

1) That feature is not available. Making such addition to web-based may slow down the charts. We will still keep it in mind, if possible we will add it.

2) We will get that checked and fix it. Thanks for the update.

hello icharts team,
sir I think in platinum chart also we should be able to open in a seperate window just like premium charts....... i think visibility an issue with platinum chart...

As you open multiple windows or tabs you can open multiple tabs of chart inside the tool. We are also trying to add Maximize functionality.
