Dear Ichart team,
I am a user of icharts premium , which is wonderful tool. Now it is possible to compare 1 script to another by plotting both on the same chart . But more than 2 scripts can not be plotted together ( unless you set the Y- scale as in '%' mode. )
But a feature where at leaast 3 or more scripts can be compared in the equal scale mode would be extremely helpful to traders and will improve the usefulness of icharts charts many folds.
Thank You
Mr Sankan. |

You can do this in JCharts using the "%" scaling option. For example, if you want to compare other scrips with NIFTY. First load nifty chart, then click on "%" button on the top (on button bar). Then click as many scrips you want in the scrip list. All those scrips will get plotted in line chart format on the chart along with nifty (which will remain in candlestick format or whatever you have selected initially).
*** One change in the explanation above. In JCharts select % scaling as explained above and then click multiple scrips that you want to compare with one scrip (say nifty). Now LAST click on NIFTY. The last scrip selected will plot as the candlestick chart (or whatever is your default chart type). _________________ Srikanth Kurdukar

sankan_77,
What you require is not possible. Only % scale allows you to compare the scrips. _________________ Srikanth Kurdukar

But already there is provision to plot two scripts ( in equal scale mode) . My question is will be feasible to add one more to make it 3.
Prakash Holla : Already we can compare two scripts sir. So adding one more do not casus any chart resource.
It will be big value addition to icharts . Well I leave to icharts technical team as many stocks track one another .

Sankan: Why dont you try one alternative. I believe it is J Charts Plus- Premium where you can view upto 4 charts in one page, each can have defaults independently set to your liking. Cheers, Prakash Holla |
