Dear Member(s),

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. It might have happened just from yesterday as we have replaced the new applet for the EOD, giving a bit more edge to our EOD users.

We will look into this and fix it at the earliest.

Vinay, if you have faced this issue much before yesterday, then it may be due to some reason. We will anyway look into this and update once the issue is fixed.

Regards

Kamal

We have fixed this issue just now. Please try now. You may have to set your preferred indicators & their parameters once and save those. This is due to the fact that the chart applet has been upgraded and it does not support the previous settings format.

Very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you due to this.

There is a new forum for this under "iCharts" forum section. We will enable this later today and you can post all your questions there. People from TradeJini will reply to all your queries.

Kamal, I use IE10 and windows 8. I tried to attach the error snapshot as a word document but an error message says extension docx is not allowed though earlier it used to be allowed. I am now attaching it as a pdf doc.

Dear Vinay,

From the snapshot, as I see, the URL is the issue. It is really suprising that you are getting that URL shown in the snapshot. Please once clear the browser cache (Ensure that you uncheck the option 'Preserve Favoirte Website data' and then clear it)

Open a new browser and type the URL www.icharts.in and then try to navigate and chck if you are getting the same issue.

Regards

Kamal

kamal, thanks, it worked. But what beats me is that I have been using that url from the beginning and it is in no way different from what you have given. When I type www.icharts.in in address and press enter, it changes to http://www.icharts.in. May be the issue was clearing of cache though it was working fine till yesterday night.
