Dear Member,
Only tablets which have Intel Atom Processor and runs on Windows 8 (Not RT version) may be able to run the Java Charts
The other option is to use our plain image charts 'Live Charts(Premium)' which updates every 1 minute

which type product are not available in varies range. few device available in mkt which is very costly.
In future start this facility in android tablet or phone ?? |

Dear Icharts Team,
If it is not possible to run J charts on mobile, Can you fasten up updation of Live Charts, I mean instead of 1 Min, If it can reduce to 5 or 10 seconds it would be wonderful.

| About a month and a half ago, PT mentioned in SB that the app is coming in 4 weeks and it is taking some 155 hours of programming etc... since a long time has elapsed since, I would like and update regarding the availability of the app. |

| When we hover mouse over a candle of Live Charts(Prem) chart of any time frame - say 5 min., it shows High, Low Close levels of that candle. This happens in Windows Desktop. But I am not able to see this H,L,C levels of candles when I open Live Charts (Prem) in my Android Mobile in Dolphin browser. When I touch my finger on any candle, an option to copy the chart comes up. Is there any way to see H, L, C levels in of candles in Live Charts-Prem in Android Mobile? |

Dear Member,
We apologize for delayed reply. We are aware of this. The tool tip feature works when the cursor is taken on a particular candle. But since Live Charts are plain image charts, this feature will not work on it. This issue will be only resolved with the HTML5 charts.
