ramkumar,
Java plugin is not setup properly on your computer, please try to update to the latest plugin and see. It should work. _________________ Srikanth Kurdukar

Dear ST,
I'm also facing the same problem. But I'm able to see JChart. But when I'm accessing JChat, as RamKumar said, I'm also getting 'X' in the top left cornet.
Is this problem due to Firewall or any proxy setting?
Please reply me.
Thanks,
Vasudevan |

You have to check two things:
1. Go to the website given above and check your Java version.
2. If you still don't see JChat login window then it means java is not setup properly (you may want to check java console in your pc's system tray for more details on errors). You may have to reinstall the latest java plugin.
Send me more details - your browser version, java plugin version etc and I will let you know if I can think of any quick fix for this problem. _________________ Srikanth Kurdukar

Please try this solution for the RED X problem (red x being displayed instead of the login applet):
http://www.java.com/en/download/help/redximage.xml
This should fix the issue. _________________ Srikanth Kurdukar
