Dear I charts Team
It seems there is some problem with my J charts (Basic). All the settings have been restored to default and when I click on any stock name it says: No Data AVailable.
My username is: makarandsathe
Please help urgently as tomorrow is a market day.

Dear member,
Please change the setting frrom all available days to some number, say 30 days. Save it as preference and you should be fine.

Dear I charts team
The settings are only 3 for intraday timeframes as well as daily chart no. of years.
And It is not allowing me to load or save preferences at all.
I have tried java cache clearing, internet cache clearing. nothing helps.
Please check my settings through your system or restore default data and settings. That would be quite helpful.

There seems to be some issue with your login session. Your settings have been reset. Once logout and login again. Still if problem persists, contact our support team tomorrow and they will help you out.
