i just shared some of my views to make you realise the facts of stock market.yes one can become millionaire in no time but predictive method is commoner approach and is for small gain.for bigger game you must be different.

In terms of probability you are right. You are inclined to make sure-profit when you take smaller and more-often bets.
Let me explain. Say, you have 1000 of Re. 1 coins. And you have a toss-coin which is you know is weighed-off to fall 70% heads. Probabilistic-ally, although you have 70% chance of winning at first bet of Rs 1000, but it makes better trading sense to have many smaller bets -- of say 10 bets of Rs 100 or 100 bets Rs 10 or 200 bets of Rs 5 (based on brokerage / commission you have to pay-out) and winning 70% of times rather than giving 30% chance of losing the entire amount.
So, if you use some tested decision-filters like ww, oscillator-divergence, macd etc. which could act as weighed-toss-coins for your decisions, you will end up earning rather than losing. This is the basis of some of the algorithm trading. |
