Dear all,
starting this thread to learn new things and upgrade myself and also for others.
the way to beat umemployment & inflation is to participate in market.
employment-leave policies,shifts,answerable to leaders,managers etc.
other business-need license,office space,employees ,rent,advance,stock etc.
in markets nothing is a barrier...only goal is to protect & grow the capital.

Dear frnds,
was expecting views from fellow ichartians but no one came, but no prblm.recently came through RJ's article in a website he told that tata motors will become a leader in luxury car segment globally.and DHFL which gives home loans for range below 12.5 lakhs around which has 500 times potential to grow in future as propety many are getting un affordable....so my question is whether this is the way should we analyze or project growth?
example : in recent days we can see more no of jaguar cars on roads equal to bmw or audi...so something is cooking inside consumers.this is just just a personal view on growth.common sense, as with new concept cars with jaguar is sure to fly..but no idea about home loans and propery prices etc.so no idea in DHFL.as RJ says common sence is all needed in investing...
all your comments, ideas welcome....i will be more happy if someone responds to previous post also. |

your comment about DHFL and tata motors is correct but how much they will grow is a question. e.g. DHFL is not well known for corporate governence. Also, whether this is the right time to buy is another question. there will be many more scrips worth buying e.g. no matter how bad the domestic and global economy, more and more people will continue to fall sick, which means pharma will do well. etc. etc.
look for my thread on "simple strategy for long term investment". one must study technical and fundamental aspects and must also be aware about global situation in all respects. |
