Hi Welgrow,
I believe, in current strategy there is underlying assumption that identified stock is going to remain bullish and we want to benefit that. At the same time we want to hedge our decision in case, it does'nt go as expected.
BUY RELCAPITAL FUTURE DEC 2012 NOW CMP : 392.50 +
BUY RELCAPITAL DEC 2012 380 CE : 26.45 +
BUY RELCAPITAL DEC 2012 400 PE : 24.50 +
So as we are bullish, we have went long on two positions and decided to book profit in CALL option once its value reaches total premium of 380CE + 400PE, that is 52Points. Once that is done, we are SAFE..
