The follwing is a analysis of renuka sugars..please go through it
1. 1st bar was a red bar as expected due to negative sentiment
2. 2nd bar was a doji, which said inspite of the negative sentiment buyers were present
3. 3rd bar was a kind ogf doji, which told us that market still has buyers supporting the prices.Also note that the low of 3rd bar was higher than 2nd bar.
4. As with doji's their high and low become important.So buy was triggered. with a SL of doji low
5. 5th and 6th bars could have been used for profit taking.
6. 7th to 14th bar were just sideways movement.some dojis were formed, but since the prior trend was sideways, however the high and low become important
7.15th and 16 was a good comination of going long again.
8.. 17th bar a profit taking bar
8. A ulta hammer formed indicating a high being formed on 18th bar
9. 19th 20th and 21 bar..red bars... very hard to short based on technicas
10. the high and mid point of the 21st bar is important as based on traditional rules
11.22nd to 25th .. noindication of anything
12. 26th to 39th bar are taking support on the midpoint of 21st bar ..indicating a buy could be done
13. high of 21st bar is taken off on 40th bar ..buy triggered.. SL of midpoint of 21st bar
14. rest all bars are profit taking bars.

it is indeed a great study, i think first i see about a single stock, each and every candle is looked deeply with awareness, my dear
it is really amazing with this type of study one should stand on top, if one follows one or two stocks, i love this stock since to play in futures is good since the volume is 5k shares, and even one rs up or down u stand to make decent money, of course risk is inherent part of this game. thanks for your deep analysis. pl do post any stock that u r focusing, thanks

h friends ..i do not have renuka 4 th june chart as some probelm with the software.will update the chart taken from icharts site.

details are as follows

1.the first candle is a whit candle.so no trade here.
2.the second candle not able to cross first bar high.
3.3rd candle also red... so trade here too, whether long or short
4.many would consider it as a "ulta hammer " kind, but it is not as the previous trend is sideways.
5. 5th bar also not able to cross first bar high.. no trade here too.whether long or short
6.NOW in such a day..what to do .. still on trade....hmmmm seems like another bad day..In such a day what to do , the answer is as follows.. note the OPEN and CLOSE of first 15 minute bar..if there is a cross on either side, we will take a position accordingly.6th bar closes below first bar open.So a short trade is initiated..what abt the SL.... SL could be a 20 EMA or the best one is first bar's which is around 113.2
7. no more trades for the day.. only one trade..
