EOD and intraday screener not working with many browser like mozilla, internet explorer, etc........... do some thing usefull to the users

Dear Member,

EOD and intraday screener works fine in all the browsers. If you are not getting the result for your search, then the possibility is that there may be no scripts satisfying the criteria.

Please note Screener Lite is the one which works only in Mozilla.

I request you to contact our support team once during the market hours and we will look into this regard.

use chrome as we mentioned you in the email few weeks back. other browsers are getting corrupt like politicians. you dont get corrupt though!

everything works with chrome other than dreams.

that is a dream that will be a reality once html 5 is a standard. right now browsers are releasing an update every now without adequate testing. we have found chrome to be the most stable browser and everything on icharts work in it. firefox most of the stuff will work. you may need to clear the cache often as every new release will corrupt what was working earlier. internet explorer...stopped using it. version 9 is a crap.

PT, IE9 is crap only for icharts's charts or in general?

in general. iCharts Charts work fine. after ie8 Microsoft lost it.

Hi,

I want to use Scanner in Platinum.
Just a simple script.

CLOSE > 500

It is not showing any output.
Can anyone help?

Please let us know all the different parameters you selected. Like the data periodicity, and Run time. Also, if you were running this on the weekend or during weekday. This will help isolate if there are any specific issues.
