| As of yesterday closing, LONG is still in position. SHORT is not triggered yesterday.

in effect after such a time gap; long should also be considered as closed as 5/200 has taken place.and twice it returned to cost. shorts yes were not triggered since there was no 5/200 crossover
let's wait for a new signal. and possibly below 8430. ]

As like any strategy this is also totally not out of woods. But am damn sure it is one of the BEST. In this year, first time I have noticed considerable losses if you follow the rules strictly. Of course I have no idea on what is time gap that is said by amitag.
14.08.15 - LONG - with 13.59 candle at 8525, then though Nifty fallen sharply on 17.08.15 first candle 5/200 crossover has not confirmed. Later on 18.08.2015 Nifty started trading LONG side by crossing 5/200 from below. As of closing of 18.08.15 though 5/200 ema crossed from above it still need to breach 8432. If today if it is going below 8432 at opening then it is closing of LONG and entering of SHORT.
Do I missed something in between?

Tradein - I use below criteria to book partial profits in stocks:
1. a move of 2% or 3% or more in your favour intraday or through gap
2. RSI moves below 20
3. If RSI is already below 20 when trade taken, I Would wait for RSI to show positive devergence to book partial.

What a splendid strategy it is. Nifty Future, I shorted 2 lots @8468 (Thursday 20th morning) booked 1st lot on Friday morning at 8250 and 2nd lot today at 8054. All in all it is 218 from first and 414 points from second. I don't reveal my lot size as it is huge lots!!!
Hats off to all the people who made this wonderful strategy...

Great move by Nifty today, I had no position in Nifty however was carrying shorts in Bank nifty which fell much more than nifty so I am happy !! One day gave 2 months worth profit ..

This short has finally given an exit now based on 5/34 cross today around 7950 with a nice profit of around 480 odd points profit. Hope you have been able to turn profitable again after a few small losses.
