when i will resell there will be deduction of 500-1000 only. so it seemed like a better deal.

someone also suggested to me that they have kept gold bars with the same shopkeer on monthly interest basis. (instead of cash given its gold).. and later when he wants it back or wants to resell it to the same shopkeer, he can. i haven't explored or asked around for this option yet.

That was 9th dec 2014 and Silver was around 38000 then. Also bought it again when it fell.

It's above 48000 now, 25% up in about 1.5 years.
