I found this on a blog I frequent. It was originally given in Economic Times.

Scroll down and you will find details under the heading SMART MONEY RATIO (SMR) INDICATOR
Just above this heading, is a downloadable excel sheet that will automatically calculate the ratio for you. I am attaching the sheet over here with a text document giving the meaning and signals. U will have to enable all options just under the main menu bar in this sheet for it to take data from NSE website on its own.
