i.e buying one in-the-money call and selling two out-of-the-money calls...

selling options is a very risky affair. You will have to have expertise in writing options. Also you have to know how to manage the trade in high volatility.
This type of option strategy(Selling both CE and PE) is favorable in low volatile market. Look at VIX India - it is around 25.
I am also learning this, please use your wisdom. My view may be right or wrong. |
