In the previous report we mentioned that the crash oscillator is showing positive signs. However, due to other indicators we will still use any upmove to reduce position. Now, at the previous close, the faster crash-oscillator has again given a sell signal (indicated by the yellow circle )and this calls for EXTREME caution considering what happened the last time it gave a sell signal ( indicated by the blue circle in the graph ). Also, the selling pressure ( indicated by the red diamonds ) is still intact and the NIFTY has no support line on my charts as of now.
Please exercise extreme caution till this indicator gives a buy signal. We will stand aside of the market and will not give any buy call until the faster crash oscillator gives a buy signal.
Regards
Bharat Mudgal

Dear Stockmode,
Thanks for posting the chart. Your chart warns that people should not be carried away with these falls rallies.

The 'Mudgal Crash Oscillator' is not price-sensitive, that is, it does not move up or down with price moevements and is completely based on other criteria. Even with yesterday's upmove, the 'Mudgal Crash Oscillator' has moved further into the selling-zone. |
