Silver giving trades nearly after 18days. Running contract is the lowest profit in past 2.5 + 2 yrs( real trading & backtesting)

Hello Jaii Sir,

is it that we take entries according to the 15 min TF and keep exits at 5 min TF usp/dsp ?
Also, if we exit according to 5 min TF, how do we take re-entry (if the trend continues and does not reverse).

hello..! For silver mostly i use 5TF.But i enter above/below the high/low! Here i've marked possible entries based on 5TF ( 15TF still in uptrend) On 28/08/'12 Buy trigered abv 53720 with SL of 53522! It given exit today @55335! Suppose if you mised the first entry( Point A) the second one (point B) buy abv 54468 with SL of 54388! Third one (Point C) buy abv 54642 with SL of 54511. Fourth one buy abv 55432 with Sl 55335! 5TF trend has been changed by crossing D (55335). But it didnt make new DSP & crosed the pivot, 15TF trend already up so you can buy abv E (55432) with SL of 55307. Now again 5TF in Downtrend you can short once it cross below 55120 with SL of 55432! What i want to say is Once the 5TF trend has been changed dont enter @ rejection always wait for 34 ema to get OB/OS zone and trade above /below the high/ Low.Once you enter, ride the trade untill 5TF changes it's trend, no need to trade every rejection.Here Point A trade valid untill it cross point D!Now i've no position in silver i'l enter once it cross 55120 else will wait 55564 to cross, then trade after OS zone! Hope i'm not confussing you

Thanks a Lot for the detailed explanation ! Everything is crystal clear now ! Your addition that "dont reverse the trade on rejection..wait for OB/OS " looks really good !!

But I have one doubt:
why 54388 and 55335 are taken as stoploss..In both the cases price didnt touch 34 ema ?

Also do you use the same method and time frame for other commodities like Gold, copper and crude or is it only for silver ?

54388 and 55335 weren't touch 34 ema but RSI(5) was at OS zone.So it's a valid SL/Pivot!. Traderind, I trade Silver & gold mainly, sometimes crudeoil. I use 5TF for TSL only in gold/Crudeoil!

Silver 1000+ points gap!!!!!! I mised it 5TF was in dwntrend and 15Tf pivot was 2250 point away from market price yesterday, so i couldnt enter.But Gold hs given best profit.....nearly 300 points gap! SSPS
