Dear ST,
Why does every posting say 'Stop watching this topic" .
Am I doing some thing wrong ? (etiquette, rules etc)
Please enlighten me.

You are not doing anything wrong. The email you have received is automatically sent by our system whenever a post is made in the forum where you have posted before. "Stop watching this topic" link allows you to unsubscribe from these automatic emails for that particular forum topic.
