Sugar Babies had big up move today on a statement of Sharad Pawar that suagr may be decontrolled completely. Some how I am not convienced either by this statement or this upmove of today. I am not an expert in NVKs but it seems all 3 biggies have formed NVK today. Going positional short in Sugar babies could be very rewarding I feel.
