Be careful, someone is manipulating the shares to make it fall. Sanghvi complained to SEBI about this ... but asli or naqli complaint (I mean is it Sanghvi who is HIMSELF manipulating it), who knows?
Also Sanghvi and wife have pledged some shares to help soninlaw get a loan*
Always look up public comments about any scrip in moneycontrol before proceding
Better to observe for few days and confirm uptick before entering. I am waiting

* BPL ka Nambiar helped soninlaw Chandrasekhar set up BPL mobile in Bombay. Nambiar took out working capital money for this BUT BPL mobile went phut. BPL went phut due to lack of funds .Even now, I think, BPL factory on Old Madras Road, B'lore has half complete frig, washing machine left like that
