Imagine the telecom Licenses cancelling happened just one month before and the market would have touched lower circuit’s……Now what happened…. Market closed in positive……That’s the power of liquidity. Hail FII’s!
How to read the Supreme Court verdict. The corporates who are hand in gloves with the corrupted politicians got a strong warning. They can be robbed of kickbacks as well as benefits out of it too and may become beggars.
Can we imagine any corporate group in India who don’t adhere to such corrupt practices? We can’t see many, may be a rare few. So what is the prospective future for them….you imagine.
The Supreme Court ruling can be a precedent and warning to the corrupt practices in Oil & Gas, Mining, Real estate etc. which were full of it.
Kudos! Lok Satta and its Leader Jaya Prakash Narayana and other prominent public personalities for sphere heading this fight in the Supreme Court.
This Supreme Court ruling could be a game changer for India.
Let India shine and prosper! Let it be for the people in the real sense.
I take a little pride for getting involved in this process during initial discussions before filing a petition in Supreme Court and consequent ground work before and after along with few other friends. |

Yes ! prakash
It always happens when the fight is on individual basis (Nothing wrong in that In fact it demands more courage).
When it is a collective effort such things cannot happen and more over guarantees the continuation of the process thus prevents attacks on individuals for a simple reason …..It won’t stop the process.
Thanks for your concern.
