For our entry strategy, the first thing that we have to find swing points..using candlesticks
there are two pints:

1.SWING POINT LOW:

for long positions use SWING LOW
In this first candle makes LOW,second candle makes LOWER LOW,third candle makes a HIGHER LOW.

2.SWING POINT HIGH :

For a swing point high, the first candle makes a HIGH, the second candle makes a HIGHER HIGH, and the third candle makes a LOWER HIGH.

Dear rrk...

A few doubts (in this case for long) although what you have stated is understood.
1. When you say "first candle makes a low", you mean lower than previous day?
2. When you say "third candle makes a higher low", is it higher than second day low or the first day low?

In general, what you are saying is that when such an event happens, the first days's low is the bottom of that series?
