Nifty Spot closed above 5938 in weekly chart. Now it has to do validation by crossing this week high of 6020.

Once validation is done, as per gann it should move towards 7K. But great impediment is taking out multi year high. Lets hope thats also conquered by Bulls.

Thank you Mr Raja. But my and apka's doubts are (a) whether daily/weekly close has to be above 6020 or intraday crossing above 6020 will do, (b) whether it has to happen next week only, and (c) what if it closes below 5938 again on weekly close basis before or after crossing 6020 anytime in near future.

Mr Vinay

Intraday crossing of 6020 is enough for validation and it can do anytime as long as it doesn't close below 5610.65 (which is the high of week ending 12.04.2013) in weekly chart.

To your second query, it doesn't matter if it closes below 5938 again on weekly close basis before or after crossing 6020 anytime in near future. Please note, stop henceforth is 5610.65 as per weekly close.

Best Wishes

many thanks Mr Raja. Only thing is, once a buy is validated, SL is almost 400 below and in the week it happens, it may go much lower too. I presume SL may get raised every week?

Good one Mr Raja. I am expecting a wild movement like the one on 05/10/12 but feel it may happen in June. Keeping fingers crossed. Only thing is the falls or rises posted by you are not cyclic in terms of fixed periodicity.

Mr Vinay

I still remember my friend's analysis.. market crash happen between 14th and 27th of a month only and crashes don't happen between 28th to 13th of a month. His another observation, all crashes happen in a month which has 31 days and not 30 days. Laughing

Mr Vinay

The anniversary dates I have mentioned is for academic interest as May month has shown wild movements.

I am neither expecting a crash nor a very big movement on upside this month.

Looking from chart, Nifty is looking is very bullish and may move into higher trajectory with intermittant correction inbetween for healthy trend on upside.

One more observation. Biggest crashes have taken place when the sum total of the date is either 4 or 8. For example 8,17, 22, 26 etc.
