ok got yr point u entered at the bo of a previous dsp. well i have never taken this type of entry as sl is always deep.
normally after the trend change sooner or later we get valid rejection but it didnt happen today.
if you see at today's high RSI(5) was telling a different story for the up trend as with the new high in afternoon rsi was not able to make new high. this stated the current uptrend is in Q. the same is written also in the doc by spec.
in such situation either close yr long position or tighten yr sl.
hope now things are clear.

| Now i got the point, that, always type2 entry that is the rejection from 34-ema is the, safe entry. Thanx sherbaaz, smartc. And now, i think, nf is again in downtrend with latest dsp is 5045.65. Is it correct? Thanx. |

Can any body explain ?
On 16.05.2012, in 15-min TF,
(1) At 10.45 am candle close, nf gone up, over-shooted 34-ema.After that,nf fallen,can we take 11.15 candle as a valid bearish rejection, as
A/ red candle closed below 34-ema
B/ 11.15 candle closed below low of prv candle
C/ only 8-ema of 11.15 candle was not less than 8- ema of prv candle which i think makes it an invalid rejection....i think....seniors plz guide.
(2) At 2.15 pm candle close, all A,B,C conditions are satisfied....can it be a valid bearish rejection ?

Yesterday's high 4954.60 is new DSP in both 15 and 30 minuts time frae,
am i right seniors?

| 10.45 is nt valid rejection.candle also nt closing below 8ema, i m nt sure dis cond has become redundant as per 8ema falling/rising guidelines but one thing is sure 8ema was nt falling at 10.45 rejection |

@Sonila- can u pls post chart. Afaik, 14.15 candle low was not taken out.
And 11.15 candle did not close below 34EMA |
