I am new to this trading method...On 6th september, NIFTY created another rejection @5286 and then touched 34 EMA again...So it NF breaks 5286, can we go long?

| 5286 is not the rejection..that the latest high..rejection candle is at 3.15 but the trade hasn't triggered yet..pl go through the whole thread to grasp the method..

| I am going through the concept but some doubt is still there...The rejection candle means one green candle which closes above 34EMA or one red candle which closes below 34EMA..Is it correct?

No sonai_81..not this way..you still have not gone thru complete system methodology...First Invest time to read the system thorughly, Then paper trade few trades/days..then do actual trading....In your question..your are still unaware of the TREND we are in..-Up trend or Dntrend..first understand that from the basic method then identify rejection candle & entry & all that...

If I am not wrong, currently we are in downtrend...Our latest swing pivot is 5305 because a new low has been made. Yesterday there was a pullback above 34EMA and created a high of 5286 then we have got a rejection at 3:15 candle because the candle closed below 34 EMA...Now we have got a new white candle if any candle closes above 5286 then we can initiate long position and the trend needs to be cofirm after crossing 5305 and then our recent low would become USP.
Please confirm I am going correct and correct me if I am wrong..

I anticipate volatility with one more swing pivot getting formed in between.

spec sir and seniors
applying the swing trading technique to commodities. pl tell me if my reading of natural gas-2m chart is correct. date 07.09.12 dsp is 161.70.
11.09.12 upswing started. dsp taken out by gap up. go long at 17:44 candle after rejection from 34 ema. i do not carry commodity trades intra day. so book profits. 12.09.12 upswing still intact. so go long again. "as spec sir once said in SB that he does not trade against the swing" go long on 10:44 candle, 17:14 candle, 19:59 candle and 21:14 candle. Keep on booking profits and getting out from these positions based on spec sir trade management techniques.
spec sir and seniors pl reply if this reading of chart and trade is correct.

RSI5 seems to be breaking out from 7 month old down-sloping resistance line. Price to follow suit upwards ?
