Speculator : My strategy is simple. When it gaps down beyond your TSL, use the first 5-min candle low as TSL. Then let the intra rally develop. If the intra fails, sell and go take a nap.

No change in Nifty 15Tf Pivot. (5Tf Dwn trend)
Bank Nifty broken Upswing pivot(10851.55) and the NEW Downswing Pivot is 10878-15TF.

Jai, in yr 5tf nf chart, the rej candle did not close above 34 ema. I too saw that rej but did not enter trade. Probably this is the difference between successful traders and traders like me

Can you guide me that on which page and on which date this bellow detail is available to watch with example?

As u told me to use ATR for profit booking in swing trading but sir can u please explain me how ATR can be used for profit booking. Please describe any other rule also for profit booking in swing trading.

NF30min in short. short activated below 5531 today. Now downswing pivot is 5608

Can you guide me if market opens gap up then what? Than short with high of 1st 5-min. candle? or buy with low of 1st 5-min candle?
Also Sorry I can't understand about your bellow meaning.

hello friend......here the small hint for you.At present NF 60Tf is in uptrend , RSI5 OS (60TF) & price trading above 34 in 15TF. So you can use the 5TF upside rejection- Purely intraday.

Some confusion buddy pls see chart..60 tf is also down trending as per specji's rule for 60 tf ema should be 13 ..
5 tf intra is in uptrend.. but i have stopped trading those

hello......yes i've ploted 13 & 34emas in 60Tf. Based on 13 ema you r correct (But RSI didnt support)

I have got too many questions and PMs which i have not answered. Before i forget, i will post here as a reminder to myself.
1) Is 8 ema above 34 ema required for a valid rejection ?
2) Can 5-min be used with swing system for intra?
3) Can 10-min be used for swing trading ?
4) We had a 15-min rejection, but 10-min failed to give a rejection. Should we take the 15-min rejection in that case or not ?
5) Can we use pivot breaks for entry ? If so what should be the stop loss ? What are the advantages and disadvantages of trading pivot breaks ?
6) Role of RSI(5) in determining pivots.
I will answer all these questions over the weekend. I will also be adding a small refinement to the price above 8 ema rule.
This thread has grown too big and it's very difficult for a newbie to find the relevant sections of the method. So i will be moving some of the stuff related to the technique into another thread.
