I HAVE CREATED AN EXCEL FILE FOR PAPER TRADING FOR POSITIONAL TRADERS WHO ARE HOLDING THEIR INVESTMENTS FOR MANY YEARS WITHOUT BOOKING HUGE PROFITS OR HUGE LOSSES.

HERE TOO I HAVE CONSIDERED CURRENT VALUE OF PORTFOLIO AS RS.200000.00 WITH 10 STOCKS WHICH ARE ABOVE ALL 4 EMAs 13/34/55/89.

HERE WE WILL BOOK PROFIT WHEN PRICE CROSSES ANY EMA FROM TOP AND WILL RE-ENTER IF IT CROSSES ANY FROM BOTTOM.

NO ADDITIONAL AMOUNT AND NEW STOCKS WILL BE ADDED. STOCKS CAN BE CHANGED UNLESS WE WITHDRAW FULL INVESTMENT FROM IT ( HERE PRICE SHOULD BE BELOW ALL 4 EMAs.)

IT IS LEARNING EXPERIENCE. THIS WILL HELP TO OVERCOME 2 EMOTIONS WHICH AFFECTS OUR TRADING DECISION - FEAR & GREED.

IT WILL WORK ON DISCIPLINE, FAITH & PATIENCE.

OBSERVATIONS :-

A ) If we would have hold our investment of Rs.20,000 in 10 stocks selected earlier as per CLOSE PRICE OF 18-JAN- 2013, the MTM loss would have been Rs.14217.25

B ) As per our Regular Systematic Withdrawal Plan, the MTM loss is Rs.2899.40

This is my observation after 15 days.

I am satisfied with the performance, as we are able to protect our Capital invested by 11300.00 and will it more profitable in coming days.
