| Team icharts, regarding the defult option strike in option charts what is the need of the strike like 3500c/3500p upto 5000c/5000p since these strikes are already a forbidden story for nifty ?? and why not you update the strike table with relavent strike of nifty and banknifty??? I think it is the most important issue of every option traders.So pls resolve the issue . |

Dear Member,
We understand your concern but managing and maintaining code is something that we have to be careful with. We have to maintain a list of code, which is revised on periodic basis and not frequently.
I request you to use the Favorites list instead and create the list of the codes that you need as a trader.
We appreciate your understanding in this regard

most of times we get some phpBB error, when we try refresh..
all the message update twice.
(every time we need to delete duplicate post when the problem occurs ). |

Dear Member,
It's strange as we have not encountered this issue. Usually when there is some internet disconnection at back-end, it may probably happen. Still we will try to look into this and see what we can do at our end.

Dear Member,
When you open the chart, select the Favorites option. Now Right Click on any one script and click on 'Remove all Favorites'. It will empty the entire list. Then you need to add one by one the code you want and press ENTER.
