Hi,

If you can start from the basics of VSA in step by step method it would be easy to understand for those who are not much familiar with VSA.

Just a suggestion.

Hi amit,

Market seems to be in the choppy mood.. It has taken support at imp level of 5860.. Today was an outside bar (higher high and lower low) this formation apprears at the start of an intermediate trend.. One can initiate long above 5960 spot with stop loss 5900 and target of 6140 spot.. For short only below 5860...

Taking in to account todays closing.. It seems that upside break out is likely ...

Regards,

RT

Hi All,

I was outstation on a long weekend..

Today market closed flat but a good uptrend on intraday charts... Late profit booking is a bit concern but overall ok..

Now a days market is neither int he control of of bulls nor bears.. Its just a trendless market..
Many of you must have observrd that the market has taken out the resistance of descending Trend line.. but without confirming volume...

Those who want to go aggressively long they can go only above 5990.

Yesterday I mentioned stoploss of 5900 for longs look at todays low (Spot).

Those who are already long can keep a stoploss of 5910. Shorting should be done only below 5895.. (All are spot levels)

Regards,

RT

HI RT,

NIFTY...

The daily chart shows bullish candles but with falling volumes.

I'm awaiting your candle-by-candle analysis for the last 2 weeks i.e. the current consolidation in Nifty after the fall to 5750..

I have started reading VSA but some real life examples with charts on a regular basis atleast weekly-basis would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Amit Date

Its been a low volume period all throughout december. The preceeding rally and current correction is happening on poor volumes with low volatility.

I will post my thought via a chart soon...

Awaiting RT Bhai's arrival...

Hi,

The fall started after nf touched 6207 on monday 3-01-2011,. the bar of monday was a "no demand bar" as per VSA which is a sign of weakness. see the volume on this day in nf.

also 6213 is a 76.4% of fibo from the low of 5727 to the high of 6347.

most of the indicators/tools suggesting fall from there

In NF daily 34 ema 6033 and 50sma at 6038. Strong support at the convergence point 6030-6040 levels. If breached more southward journey for NF. Guys look at this level carefully. Risky longs can be initiated at 6042-45 levels with tight SL at 6020. I'm NEW.
