I expect dow to go to 13500. That's about 7% above present value. If we move up like that, we may have 5700, which a few are talking about. +WW on EOD daily chart already shows a possibility of 5500. BUT to ME, time is now the sole governing factor. I will watch each day of next week carefully. Asuming it continues to go up then I will be inclined to take counter trade on feb 10. If in doubt, pl see my earlier post somewhere, about feb 3 to 7.

twice since nov 10 high nifty has retraced beyond 61.8%. Not just that, nifty has retraced more than 61.8% everytime if you compare from each previous high. And nifty today has already gone more than 61.8% if compared to two previous highs

Thanks for posting the chart ...RK clap2

I am wondering if we have the bottom in place at the Right hand extreme ie the handle of the major cup due to last month action? Normally classic cup and handles dont consider such formations over large duration, so we need to watch - just an opinion , however outlandish ! I am enthused by the phenomenal liquidity coming into the system.

QE 1 was from 24nov 2008 to 20mar 2010

QE 2 was from 23 aug 2010 to 27 jun 2011

These are exact dates

Now of course , the Euro liquidity and US ZIRP ( and later US QE3? being the presidential election year)

there used to be a joke that we are experts in attaching 'made in USA' , 'made in Japan' tag etc. to sell items in domestic market.

Now we have made good progress.
Money comes from abroad (most of it our own) with tags of FDI, FII.....with tags of USA, UK, Japan.....
