nakum,
Your brokerage is very high. Almost one-third of your earnings have gone towards brokerage. |

nakum,30% qnty at first 15 points,30% qnty on 30 points and ball qnty i.e. 40% pe 45 points,in this plan we can book every small moves ,because which trade runs in a big move is not possible tu judge, because mkt gives small moves also then big moves or viceversa on intaday basis.... |

DEWGH,
I am not much into F&O till now. I have been an investor so far (for nearly 20 years). Now I am thinking of entering F&O in a very limited way. I am doing business with one of country's biggest brokerage houses who happens to be owned by one of country's biggest banks. Incidentally, it charges, probably the highest brokerage in the country, (0.55% for delivery) which comes to nearly 0.75% including taxes. |

Dear nakum,
There seems to be some confusion. Can you please give me one example value for a completed transaction of your brokerage? Assume that Nifty is at 5000. For buying one lot of (50) Nifty and selling it in the same trading session, what would be your brokerage amount? Please mention it in Rupees, not in points. Otherwise, mention it in decimal percentage values precisely. |

Falcon: you have some idea of brokerage amount.
Please clarify to me if my broker's charges are reasonable.
I pay flat Rs 30 per lot one way nifty options resulting in Rs 1.5 total for squaring up per share
For NF I pay 0.0005% (on trans value) brokerage + tax ie Rs 6 total for squaring up, per NF share
Regards and thanks in advance, Prakash Holla |
